Using Times Wizard

Agreement
These terms apply when you use Times Wizard at timeswizard.com. If a child uses Times Wizard, a parent or guardian should review these terms and supervise use of the service.
The service
Times Wizard provides times-tables practice, spaced repetition, games, progress tracking, rewards, optional data export and import, and optional push reminders. The service is educational support, not a guarantee of academic results.
Accounts and login
The app can be used without an account. If you choose optional sign-in, you are responsible for keeping access to your login provider account secure and for using accurate account information.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Times Wizard, interfere with its operation, attempt to access data that is not yours, send malicious requests, bypass security controls, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.
Your data and backups
Most app progress is stored in the browser on your device. Browser data can be lost if site data is cleared, the browser profile is removed, or the device is reset. Times Wizard provides export and import tools so you can keep your own backup.
Content and ownership
Times Wizard owns the app design, code, text, artwork, icons, and learning system except for third-party services and open source dependencies. You may use the service for personal, family, and classroom learning. You keep ownership of any personal information or learning data that belongs to you.
Third-party services
Times Wizard may use third-party services such as hosting providers, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, browser push services, and login providers. Their own terms and policies may also apply when those services are used.
Availability and changes
Times Wizard may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, browser changes, or third-party service issues.
Disclaimer and liability
Times Wizard is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Times Wizard disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost progress, or lost profits.
