Support, feedback, and privacy requests

Send product questions, bug reports, feedback, parent requests, or deletion requests to [email protected]. Include enough information to identify the relevant browser-generated user ID or account, but do not email passwords or unnecessary information about a child.

Browser-only progress can be removed using the app's data controls or the browser's site data settings. For account saves, answer events, or reminder subscriptions held by the service, email the address above with the request and the identifier available in the app.
